Sewell Estates Newsletter

Hi everyone

If you have time between carving the pumpkins, stocking up on the sweets for the trick or treaters and avoiding the atrocious weather we’ve been having, then grab a warm drink and catch up on our latest news. You might be surprised to hear about our construction team at I&G and their new north east office, our plans to support our customers to transition to Net Zero, our work with an organisation that’s been around for 750 years (putting our measly 147 years into perspective!) and our team at Parallel supporting workforce planning in the NHS. In other words, another varied month at Sewell Group with lots to tell you about!

As always, please get in touch if you want to catch up – the coffees are on me.

Best wishes, Jo

The journey to Net Zero is complicated. Refit_2050 brings together the Sewell Group’s diverse estates expertise to help our clients transition to the Net Zero future.

What’s your biggest estates challenge?

We challenged visitors to name the biggest estates challenge they’re facing right now – find out the results.

Our team are experts in estates consultancy, advising on development, building and management of health and social care facilities.

Why Total FM is the next big thing

Over the last couple of years we’ve seen more and more demand for Total Facilities Management services, but what is it, and why should it be on your radar? We investigate.

Supporting your vaccination targets

Winter is here, and we know vaccine campaigns will be top of the list for many healthcare professionals. Find out how we’re supporting the NHS to improve vaccine rates.

Shaping the future of the learning environment

We were at the Education Estates event, showcasing how our consultancies can offer strategic advice underpinned by technical expertise.

Addressing geographical inequality in workforce planning

Parallel, the developers of NHS estates planning tool SHAPE, look at how geography plays a key role in meeting future demand for NHS staff – and how SHAPE can help.

I&G have opened new premises in the North East, following a growth in demand for work in the area.

The new office gives them a base to be closer to their North East clients, and will also create new employment opportunities in the region.
