Sewell Estates Newsletter

Hi everyone,

It’s Christmas, and if your office is anything like ours, it’s hard to see the desks under boxes of Quality Streets and mince pies.

As the year draws to a close, we’ve been thinking back on what we’ve achieved, so we’re bringing you some of our favourite stories from 2023. Over the past twelve months we’ve had growth on our mind, with our fantastic new offices in East Yorkshire and the North East giving us room to expand. We’ve brought in a new leader for Community Ventures following Nigel Fenny’s retirement, new clients such as Heron Foods, new skills for our Better Business Case practitioners, and new services like Parallel’s primary care estates tool and Refit_2050. We’ve even got new owners – our staff, who are all now co-owners of the business.

It’s been an incredible year, and we’d like to thank everyone who’s supported us in our journey – from partners, suppliers and our wonderful customers, to our own team members. Happy Christmas to you all, and drop me a line if you fancy a catch up in the new year.

Merry Christmas,
Jo
