Main sponsors for The Business Day are East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council, University of Hull, KCOM, Welcome to Yorkshire, Humber Local Enterprise Partnership and The Sewell Group. In addition a number of associate sponsors are also involved.

Andrew Aldis, General Manager, Bridlington Spa said, “Being the only venue able to host over 650 delegates for business networking events, Bridlington Spa has created The Business Day as an all-new approach to this format.  We have avoided the usual need to herd delegates from one item to the next but rather allow them to tailor their personal itinerary to suit themselves.

“Keynote speakers will present from the theatre stage whilst the Royal Hall will be dedicated to the event’s main sponsors and networking; along with a selection of additional elements yet to be announced.”

Cllr Stephen Parnaby OBE, Leader, East Riding of Yorkshire Council said, “A large business event; coinciding with the end of Bizweek, has been missing from the annual programme for the last year and I’m excited and proud to be part of the team developing this powerful new event.

“Working jointly with The Business Day’s main sponsors has allowed us to confidently build around the concept of business networking but include a top-tier line-up of speakers too.  Delegates will definitely experience an event that’s a bit different and sponsors will feel the benefit of having the time and space to communicate with their customers and prospects well.”
