Welcoming the talent of the future
Community Ventures and Shared Agenda have welcomed three ambitious new graduates into their teams
Cameron, Harry and Izzy joined our consultancy businesses this summer as Graduate Consultants and will be learning the ropes from our experienced teams.
The graduates are coming on board as part of Sewell Group’s Gateway programme – a plan to triple our investment in graduates, apprentices and trainees over the next five years to support people to enter the world of work.
Cameron Barnes is looking forward to getting involved with some big projects, after work experience with Shared Agenda last summer sparked his interest in consultancy. After finishing his studies at Newcastle University, Cameron is hoping to soak in the experience of his colleagues so he can push himself to achieve as much as possible in his chosen career.
Harry West is a specialist in sustainability, having studied the subject, along with business management, at the University of Hull. He’ll be bringing his skills to strategy and project management work, and wants to use his passion for sustainability to help both the company and their clients in their green ambitions. He describes his time with the company so far as “a whirlwind of challenges, but rewarding and fun.”
Izzy Hoggart’s interest in history led her to a degree in the subject, and she joined our consultancy business straight from university. She’s been working on estates strategy and has already been given an office relocation project to manage, and she’s loving getting stuck into her work with us. When the working day is done, Izzy’s a social butterfly who loves spending time with her friends and travelling.
Shared Agenda and Community Ventures are the Sewell Group’s specialist estates consultancies.
Highly experienced in the health, and education sectors, the teams have expertise across strategic property advice, business case development and delivery management, helping develop estates strategies and bring them to life.
