Sewell Estates Newsletter

In this month’s edition, we reveal major new contracts for our facilities management business and for Parallel, our company that specialises in data mapping and analysis. We also dip into how we are leaving a positive legacy across the region within a number of communities that we serve. Fostering a sustainable approach in everything we do is a core part of our DNA and we are always looking for ways to ensure we have a positive impact as we carry out work for our customers.

Our construction and facilities management businesses have a particularly busy time over the next six weeks as we get the school estate that we care for ready for the new term. If you are struggling with estate challenges in the education sector, we have some insights in the newsletter on how to approach these concerns in times of limited budgets; I’m sure Nikola would be happy to go into more detail if you want to learn more and the coffees are on her!

Very best wishes,

Jo Barnes
Managing Director, Sewell Estates
