Sewell Estates Newsletter

Here we are with another newsletter, and this month we’re covering some of the hottest topics around, such as decarbonisation, infrastructure strategies and One Public Estate.

For those who work in the health sector, we’ve got some useful advice on ICS infrastructure strategies and ERIC data, and we also examine the state of the NHS’s capital budgets.

We look at how to avoid some common pitfalls around the journey to net zero, with news about new Salix funding which can help you put together a heat decarbonisation plan – but hurry, you need to apply quickly, the deadline’s 1 May.

Finally, we love to celebrate the hard work of our people, and it’s fantastic to see our own Martin Standley recognised at a prestigious national award ceremony. We’re also honoured to have been chosen to build the new Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease in Leeds, a first of its kind in the UK, and a project that will help so many people.

As always, if there’s anything you’d like to discuss more, please get in touch for a chat and a coffee.

Best wishes, Jo
