Leadership challenge is back!

Our leadership challenge programme is back for another year, with new challengers ready and raring to go.

The year long programme, which launched during Convention Week, is a personal development programme designed to get employee’s around the business, learning more and completing team tasks monthly for each Sewell business.

Each month, challengers will present their findings from their set tasks to the rest of the group, helping them improve on their presentation skills as they go.

The programme is an opportunity for our challengers to meet and work with new Sewell people and learn more about what the business does, as well as developing skills and confidence as they go.

Katie Crosby took part in the first Leadership Challenge 7 years ago.

“I took part in the challenge in 2010. I had only been at the company for around a year and was nervous as I was still pretty new to the business, but I wanted to learn more and gain more confidence.

For me, the Leadership Challenge gave me a voice with confidence. It helped me improve my presentation skills and I have gone from daring to say 2 sentences publicly, to now running my own sessions during Convention week and within the FM department.”
