Sewell Estates Newsletter

It’s been a busy couple of months, as we’ve been out and about talking to estates professionals across the country at a range of conferences and events.

Several of our people were asked to speak at national Healthcare Estates and Education Estates events about some of the things we’ve been working on recently, and it’s great to see projects from the north of England grabbing people’s attention.

In other news, our wonderful Sewell Facilities Management team scooped a national award and have been recognised as Team of the Year! They’re still buzzing about this a couple of weeks later!

In this newsletter, we share some of our thoughts about some of the hot topics we’ve seen developing in the estates sector following the Autumn Budget. Needless to say, there is a lot to do and we need to continue to innovate whilst always ensuring we keep the communities we serve front and centre.

As always, if you’d like to talk more about any of the things covered, give me a call – the kettle’s always on (and the mince pies have been secured and stockpiled! Too soon? Never!)

Best wishes, Jo
