Sewell Estates Newsletter

Welcome to our latest newsletter. Another busy period at Sewell Group, with some exciting news about our major new business park in Hull, some hugely important new health facilities in Leeds and Northallerton and some advice and observations from our consultancy teams to single out just a few stories.

On a more personal note, my mind is still racing following a talk at our annual team convention from a futurologist! Honestly, one thing is for sure in this life, the rate of technological progress seems to just get faster and faster. The question we must face, though, is whether all parts of society benefit from this, or whether we should be taking more active steps to do more. Always looking for new ways to have more impact with our social mobility agenda, we have some significant plans to try and raise our game beyond our GATEway Programme and we look forward to sharing these later in the year. In the meantime, I’m looking forward a bit more daylight and Spring-like weather over the next month.

As always, If you want to chat, please get in touch with me or any of our team. We’d love to hear from you.

Best wishes, Jo
