Are you ready to deliver your infrastructure strategy?
Many ICBs are wondering how to produce their infrastructure strategy.
Our expert consultants take you through the steps you need in order to be prepared for the challenge.
Welcome to our August edition. Whether you want to read more about our exciting work in developing data-led, infrastructure strategies for the NHS, our Summer works programme helping to keep education and health estates in tip top condition or a new environmentally friendly visitor centre in Rotherham, we’ve a lot to tell you. You can also hear about our new marquee signings to the Community Ventures team, and our investment in a new office for our expanding teams at Shared Agenda and Parallel.
I would like to be able to say, pour yourself an ice cold drink and settle into your deck chair, but it’s more likely that you will putting a sweater on and having a hot chocolate. Let’s keep fingers crossed for a final burst of sunshine before Autumn kicks in!
All the best,
Jo Barnes

We’ve invested in a new office building on Hessle’s Bridgehead Business Park, as we continue to expand and diversify our offering. Two of our consultancy businesses, Shared Agenda and data intelligence firm Parallel, will be based there after outgrowing their existing offices.
"Refurbishment of an already built facility, rather than reverting to a new-build, was important for us as part of our journey to sustainability."
We’re welcoming two new Associate Directors to consultancy firm Community Ventures, as we expand the team to accommodate our growing client base.
Louise English and Dayle Lynch are both joining us as Associate Directors for our Operations division.
As ICSs look to develop infrastructure strategies over the coming months, Parallel will be running a series of free training sessions to demonstrate how the SHAPE tool can be used to support the development of these fundamental plans.
I&G have been appointed to develop a new, purpose built, environmentally friendly visitor centre and café at Thrybergh Country Park, on the outskirts of Rotherham.
The kids may be off on holiday, but there’s no rest for Sewell Facilities Management, who are busy getting the region’s schools geared up for September.
