Data insight & analysis

Data should be at the heart of any decision making, but often the sheer volume of information available can be overwhelming. If you have data sitting idle because you don’t have the expertise or resource to analyse it, we can help.

We’ve worked with NHS Trusts to analyse the data they collect for ERIC, identifying trends, benchmarking against other similar trusts, and showing where they need to focus their efforts to cut their estates spending, as well as supporting local authorities with decision making around where best to use their budgets.

Our team are the experts behind Parallel Data Intelligence, which we own in partnership with the public sector. Parallel is responsible for developing the Department for Health and Social Care’s SHAPE tool, which is used across the NHS to support service planning and estates strategy development.

Project Delivery & programme management

Whether you’re looking to deliver a new facility or make changes to your existing estate, we have extensive experience in providing project management services for a range of public and private sector clients.

As an extension of your team, we can manage the project from inception through to handover; helping you articulate your requirements and developing a delivery plan. We’ll ensure stakeholders are engaged at every step and manage the contract administration so you can concentrate on your core activities.

Our services also include programme management, cost management and acting as Employer’s Agent on your behalf.

Operational Estate Management

If you’ve got an extensive estate portfolio, we know you want to concentrate on achieving the best service experience for your tenants and end users whilst having full confidence in us to manage everything else.

We’ve got considerable experience in managing operational estates including health centres, mental health facilities, and mainstream and SEND schools. The health centres we manage across the country make up over a third of the LIFT estate, so ensuring people have access to the care they need, when they need it is a passion of ours.
