Hard FM services manage the physical building and keeping it functional for those using it. It covers services such as security, lighting, plumbing and water systems, plus more.

Small project services

Lifecycle & Projects

Our projects team can deliver a range of services for small works. For any small project works you would have a dedicated Project Manager throughout from the costing of the works right through to completion and quality checks. We have a team of in-house trades to deliver these works, which include fire door inspectors and use of approved sub-contractors for the specialist work.

FM support and advice

Consultancy

Our consultancy team provide facilities management advice and support. They can help you develop maintenance and lifecycle strategies to ensure your buildings are fit for the future while maintaining compliance and reducing risk.
