Our design and build teams use the latest in digital technology through Building Information Modelling (BIM), virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to bring designs to life and offer better accuracy on programme, cost and risk.

A new building isn’t always the best solution in efficiently meeting your needs and for some customers, long-term service direction means having more cost-effective ways to transform existing estates, rather than starting from scratch. Our team at I&G are specialists at working in challenging live environments. They succesfully delivered Barnsley Hospital’s new £7.3m Intensive Care Unit (ICU) through a tight space equivalent to the size of an ambulance.
