With the acquisition of Community Ventures and exciting new business prospects, the Sewell Group is growing and has a range of exciting new opportunities to join its team.
We’re a multi-disciplinary Group, our companies are diverse by nature but united by our shared culture and we’re now looking for people wanting the opportunity to grow with us.
Our companies span different sectors, with several estates businesses working across construction, investments, consultancy, data mapping and facilities management, plus our award-winning forecourt and convenience stores, Sewell on the go. It’s a more exciting time than ever to join our estates businesses, as we’re in our first year of employee ownership. When you join, you don’t only become a team member, but a co-owner once your probation period is complete. Our majority shareholder, Paul Sewell, moved 25% of the company’s shares into an employee ownership trust, meaning our people have greater say in how the business is run and the potential to share in any company profits.
