Introducing our Customer Care Team!
They are the friendly faces of Sewell FM, coordinating calls and ensuring peace of mind around the clock.
Now, our Helpdesk team is set to re-launch as the Customer Care Team from May 1st, realigning its focus to ensure customer care is even more at the heart of the business.
Team Leader Katie Crosby said: “It’s not just a change of name and we’re taking these steps after listening to valuable feedback from our customers. The team will become even more customer-focused and there will be more customer interaction, so more proactive contact.
“We’re also changing some of the systems to create efficiencies in terms of booking jobs. The customer is at the heart of everything we do and this reinforces that.”
While our Facilities Managers and Officers continue to do great work within schools, the Customer Care Team will also introduce themselves and raise awareness of the work they do at roadshows held at some schools throughout April.
The Customer Care Team consists of Katie, Cassie Rees-Wilson, Leigh Bower, Natalie Larkman and Emma Levitt. Cassie and Leigh work part time across the week and are responsible for coordinating planned maintenance tasks, while Natalie and Emma work full time, taking care of reactive maintenance tasks.
