Humber Business Week is almost here

3-7 June brings Humber Business Week back to the region, five days packed with events to help connect and inspire people from all industries and sectors.
Here are some of our highlights of the week…

Bondholder Breakfast: Unveiling the Humber Placebrand
Monday 3 June, 8am, MKM Stadium
The launch of the Humber Placebrand, co-curated by businesses and industries of the region, and designed to define how the world sees the Humber region.

Elevenses
Tuesday 4 June, 11am, Sewell Studio

An array of business talent has graced the Elevenses stage since the informal natters were introduced by Biz Week founder Paul Sewell in 2021, and this year Paul will sit down with Ragini Annan, talking about her experiences globe-trotting at the epicentre of the tech revolution.

It’s Question Time for businesses on the Humber
Wednesday 5 June, 8am, Hull City Centre

This lively and interactive session, based on the popular Question Time format, will bring together a panel of leading regional business figures, including our own Jo Barnes, to discuss the big questions from the audience in an hour of discussion and debate.

The Business Day
Friday 7 June, 8am, Bridlington Spa

The sold-out Business Day is a day of business networking, discovery and insight. Hosted by Gyles Brandreth, and with keynote speaker Bjorn Ulvaeus, founding member of Abba, it’s sure to be a fascinating day.

Join us for our breakout session – Is your building holding your business back? – at 11.45am, as we pose questions about what the future holds and how your buildings may need to change or develop to align to your business plans and prepare for the future.

You can also hear Sewell Group’s Claire Harrison at 2pm, as she talks about how our Queen’s Award helped us create a stronger workforce.
