Community Ventures shortlisted in prestigious estates awards
Development company Community Ventures Partnerships Ltd has been shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year at the prestigious Healthcare Estates (IHEEM) Awards.
The awards recognise excellence in the latest innovations from the leading names in the healthcare sector, being judged by experts with extensive experience and achievements within the NHS and commercial healthcare sector.
Sewell Group invested in Community Ventures last year as part of its growth plans across the North of England, allowing it to expand its footprint in estates management consultancy.
Operating across the north of England and Midlands, Community Ventures develops, builds, and manages health and social care facilities, as well as providing estates advisory service to the public sector and management services to LIFT companies.
Jo Barnes, Sewell Estates Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to hear that Community Ventures has made it onto the shortlist in this year’s Healthcare Estates (IHEEM) Awards.
“The specialist support and approach that Community Ventures provides leaves its public-sector partners free to focus on the delivery of patient-focused, community-based services, which is why being recognised in such prestigious awards has come as no surprise.
“Since we invested in Community Ventures, the new partnership has allowed both companies to broaden their capabilities and realise their continued growth. We’ve been working hard to align our unique offerings more closely, especially as a diverse, multi-disciplined business that can provide an all-round service to our customers.
“Best of luck to the team in bringing home the trophy!”
