Sewell Group has recently completed a £200,000 refurbishment to Freetown Court’s first floor suites and ground floor common areas, transforming them into flexible, modern office suites; these are now available for immediate occupation
Attention to detail in every aspect has been considered with the introduction of comfort cooling/heating, new lighting, suspended ceilings, toilets, shower, carpets, power and data, alarms and secure door entry system. A new lift and rear entrance exclusively serve the first floor suites and also provide disabled access.
Graham Atkins, Investment Director at Sewell Group, said:
‘’The vision was to create a new identity and ‘wow factor’ for these office suites. This has been achieved through particular attention to detail in the quality of refurbishment, the careful choice of fittings and vibrant colour scheme; its apparent from the moment you walk through the door.’’
Both suites are totally self-contained but have the flexibility to be let as a whole. New fully tiled toilets with a separate shower and ‘Karndean’ flooring to corridors and toilets have transformed the ambience of the building.
Freetown Court has dedicated private parking to the rear and is conveniently located for public transport , since it faces directly onto one of Hull’s main arterial roads.
Paul White, Associate Director for Office at Garness Jones, said:
“The quality of the refurbishment should prove very appealing to potential occupiers.
The location is ideal, its modern and its high profile, but what makes it particularly attractive is the very high specification and attention to detail that Sewell have provided.
“We have worked closely with Sewell during the refurbishment and it’s clear they recognise what potential tenants are looking for is ‘world class’ quality accommodation which can be made available very quickly, and on competitive terms.”
